Immigration Petition Copywriting — Cover Letters, Position Descriptions and RFE Responses

Cover letters, position descriptions, support letters and RFE responses — drafted for your signature

Most petitions are lost in the writing, not the facts. Evidence that is never connected to a criterion, a position description that reads like a job ad, a response that answers concerns in the order the documents happen to sit in. This is copywriting work, and it is what we have done for law firms since 2015.

What It Covers

  • Petition Cover Letter — Evidence mapped to the EB-1A criteria or the Dhanasar prongs, exhibits indexed, the argument set out in the order an officer reads it. White-labelled for your signature. $950
  • Position Description & Specialty Occupation Letter — Employer-signed description of the role, its duties and the specialised knowledge it requires — written to the standard the category is assessed against. $700
  • Support & Recommendation Letters — Drafted for the recommender to review, amend and sign, in their voice rather than ours. Three to four pages, specific, and consistent with the rest of the record. $500 each
  • RFE Response Package — Every stated concern matched to the document that answers it, supplementary evidence assembled and indexed, and a response cover letter organised by the officer’s concerns. $900
  • NOID & Appeal Support — The same discipline at higher stakes, engaging directly with the stated grounds and the record already before the officer. From $1,300
  • Pre-Filing Documentation Review — Evidence audited against the criteria — gaps, thin criteria, internal inconsistencies and the patterns that commonly trigger an RFE, reported to counsel before you file. $750
  • Expert Opinion Letters — Where a case genuinely needs an independent signatory, we prepare the research and drafting and arrange a field-matched expert. Available on request rather than led with. $700

How It Works

  • Brief — You send the record, the category and the deadline. For an RFE, the notice itself — everything must be filed together, and only one response is accepted.
  • Structure — We break the case into the criteria or concerns it will be judged against, and identify what in the record answers each one.
  • Drafting — Written to be read by an officer under time pressure: the argument stated plainly, each claim tied to an exhibit, nothing asserted that the evidence does not carry.
  • Consistency pass — Cross-checked against every other document in the filing. Contradictions between the cover letter, the position description and the forms are found here rather than by the adjudicator.
  • Delivery to counsel — Complete package for your review and signature. Standard five to seven business days; 48-hour rush available.

Why Zeolla

  • This is a writing practice — We are not an evaluation agency with a drafting department attached. Writing petition documentation for law firms is the business, and has been for a decade.
  • Organised the way the officer reads it — A response indexed by the concerns raised is materially easier to adjudicate than a bundle of exhibits and a covering letter. Easier to adjudicate is the entire objective.
  • We write in your voice, not ours — Cover letters go out under your firm’s name and recommendation letters under the recommender’s. Neither should read as though it came from a vendor.
  • No advisory commentary in the document — Caveats, risks and matters to confirm come to you in the email. They never appear inside a document meant to persuade.

Common Questions

Do you work directly with petitioners?
Cover letters, RFE responses and pre-filing review run through attorneys — assessing a case and advising what to file is legal analysis, and we are not a law firm. Business plans, training plans and research products are available to petitioners and employers directly.
Will you tell me if the case looks weak?
Yes, in writing to you — never inside the document that gets filed. Advisory commentary belongs with counsel, not in front of an adjudicator.
Can you draft a recommendation letter for someone to sign?
Yes. We draft for the recommender to review, amend and sign in their own voice. The recommender is supplied by you or your client; we do not source recommenders.
Where do expert opinion letters fit?
They are a supporting service here, not our lead. Where a case genuinely needs an independent professional opinion we prepare the research and arrange a field-matched expert who forms and signs their own view. Often the honest answer is that better documentation would serve the case more than another letter.
