Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every engagement with Zeolla Solutions LLC.
Scope of service
Zeolla Solutions LLC provides copywriting and research services for immigration documents. These are not legal services and are not immigration advice. Nothing we produce is covered by the attorney-client privilege or the work product doctrine, and no attorney-client relationship is created by engaging us.
Every document we produce must be reviewed by a licensed attorney or an accredited representative before it is filed or relied on. We write to the instructions and the evidence supplied to us; we do not exercise professional judgement about the merits of a petition, advise on which category to pursue, or communicate with USCIS, the Department of Labor, a consulate or any other agency on your behalf.
Where the material supplied does not support a conclusion, we will tell you in writing rather than write around it. What we will not do is assert something the evidence does not carry.
We may decline or discontinue an engagement where the instructions call for a statement we cannot support, where the material appears to be false or altered, or where proceeding would put our professional standing at risk. Where we discontinue on that basis, fees for work already performed remain payable and fees for work not yet performed are refunded.
What we need from you
Each service has an intake form setting out the answers and documents required. Work begins when the intake is complete and payment is confirmed, not when the form is first submitted.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you supply. Wage figures, SOC and occupation codes, priority dates, worksites, entity names and corporate details are taken as given, and a document built on an incorrect figure will have to be redone at additional cost.
You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you send us, and that supplying it to us does not breach any confidentiality obligation, privacy law or third-party right. You keep responsibility for what you send; we keep responsibility for what we write.
Where something is missing we ask once, in a single message. Delay in supplying it moves the delivery date by the same period.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is ten business days from a complete intake and confirmed payment. Priority is five business days, Rush is two to three business days, and Emergency is the next business day. The uplift for each tier is shown on the order form before you commit.
Turnaround runs from the point we hold everything we need. It does not run while we are waiting on a document, a figure or an answer.
If you are working to a filing deadline, tell us on the form. If we cannot meet it we say so before you pay.
Fees and payment
Prices shown on this site are in United States dollars and are exclusive of any tax that may apply. Payment in full is required before work begins.
You may ask for a PayPal payment link, a card payment link, or an invoice for payment by bank transfer. Card and PayPal payments are taken by PayPal on their own secure page; we never see, receive or store card details. Nothing is payable until we have confirmed scope and price in writing.
Changes to scope after work has begun, and revisions requested more than thirty days after delivery, are charged separately and quoted before they are carried out. Where a matter is scoped case by case, the fixed quote we give you in writing is the price.
Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. Where an invoice is unpaid, we may suspend work and withhold delivery of any document not yet released, and the licence granted below does not take effect until payment clears.
Revisions
Revisions within the original scope are included for thirty days from delivery. That covers corrections, clarifications and adjustments arising from the material already supplied.
A change of position, occupation, beneficiary, petitioner, employer or immigration category is new work, not a revision, and is quoted separately.
Responding to a Request for Evidence, a Notice of Intent to Deny or an audit on a matter we have already written is new work and is priced as its own service.
Intellectual property
Copyright in every document, and in every draft, research file, calculation and working paper behind it, remains with Zeolla Solutions LLC. Nothing in an engagement transfers ownership, and no work we produce is a work made for hire.
On payment in full you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the document, in the format supplied, for the single immigration matter it was prepared for, and to file it with the relevant agency and share it with the parties to that matter.
That licence does not extend to reselling, redistributing, publishing, licensing or otherwise making the document available to anyone outside the matter; to using it, in whole or in part, as a template, precedent or starting point for another matter; or to supplying it to a competitor or to any service that produces immigration documentation.
Our templates, house structures, research methodology, data sources, question sets, intake forms, checklists and the way we organise and argue evidence are our confidential business assets and remain ours. They may not be copied, reverse engineered, indexed, scraped or reproduced, whether from a delivered document or from this website.
No document, draft or research file we supply may be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, or be contributed to any dataset for that purpose, without our written consent.
Where a document is drafted for signature by an attorney, an employer, a recommender or an expert, the signatory remains free to amend it before signing and takes ownership of the statement they sign. The underlying drafting, structure and research remain ours.
We may describe the nature of work performed in general terms — the category, the document type, the practice area — without naming a client or reproducing any part of a document.
Our name and brand
Zeolla Solutions, Zeolla Solutions LLC, the Zeolla word mark, the Z device and the get-up of this website are our trade marks and remain ours, whether or not registered.
You may state factually that Zeolla Solutions prepared a document. You may not use our name, mark or logo in marketing, on a website, in a proposal or in a directory listing so as to suggest endorsement, partnership, accreditation or affiliation, without our written consent.
Our name may not be used to imply that we have advised on, approved, verified or taken responsibility for a filing, a legal position or an outcome. We write documentation; we do not endorse the case built around it.
No document may be presented as the work of anyone other than its signatory, nor may our authorship be misrepresented to any agency, tribunal or court.
Non-solicitation of our writers
Our writers and researchers are the business. For the term of an engagement and for twelve months afterwards, you agree not to solicit, recruit or engage any member of our team directly or through an intermediary, for immigration documentation work, without our written consent.
This does not restrict anyone responding to a general public advertisement not directed at our team.
Liability
Zeolla Solutions LLC accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any petition, application, labor certification or sponsorship, and no responsibility for compliance with any legal requirement. Both rest with the attorney or accredited representative acting on the matter, and with the employer.
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the fee paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity, filing fees, or the cost of refiling.
We are not responsible for a document that has been altered after delivery, filed without the review these terms require, used for a matter other than the one it was prepared for, or relied on beyond what the evidence supplied supports.
Any claim in connection with an engagement must be brought within one year of delivery of the document it concerns.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Confidentiality and privacy
Files are used only for the engagement they were supplied for, and are not disclosed to anyone outside our team without your instruction, except where disclosure is required by law.
We do not use client files as examples, samples or training material, we do not send past client work as a writing sample, and we do not supply client material to any third party for machine learning or dataset purposes.
Our team is bound by the same obligations of confidence that we owe you.
Documents are submitted through our intake forms and transmitted over an encrypted connection. If you would rather not transmit a document through the form, tell us and we will arrange another route. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not warrant that one is.
We keep engagement records for as long as we need them for our own business, tax and professional purposes, and you may ask us what we hold about you.
Cancellation
If you cancel before drafting has begun, the fee is refunded less any research, data or third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Once drafting has begun the fee is not refundable, because the work has been performed.
Third-party costs committed on your instruction — paid data, published surveys, advertising placement — cannot be refunded once incurred.
A chargeback raised on a delivered document does not cancel the licence conditions above, and we reserve the right to recover the fee and the costs of doing so.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published on this site when you submit an intake form is the version that governs that engagement, and amendments do not apply retrospectively to work already commissioned.
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply and that provision is read down only so far as is necessary.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Florida.
The prevailing party in any proceeding to enforce these terms is entitled to recover its reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, to the extent permitted by law.
